On 2 July 2026, ATRAC, within the framework of the Agreement on the Regulation of Mutual Relations, conducted a Tabletop Exercise for the Zadar County Operational Centre (COC). The exercise was attended by representatives of Zadar County, Lika-Senj County, the specialized company Ciklon d.o.o., the Zadar Harbour Master’s Office, Civil Protection, and the Police.

The exercise scenario involved an explosion on a tanker that resulted in an oil spill at sea. The pollution occurred at a fictional location developed by ATRAC during the creation of its VR tool for aerial pollution surveillance. Participants were divided into two groups, each tasked with requesting the necessary information from ATRAC to simulate the challenges encountered in real-life incidents and to develop a plan of intervention using the available resources.

At the end of the exercise, both groups presented their intervention plans, followed by a discussion between ATRAC and all participants. This exercise is the result of many years of successful cooperation between ATRAC and Zadar County.
